Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Senior Business Analyst

JOB LOCATION: 20205 N Creek Pkwy Bothell, Washington 98011

DUTIES: Analyze and validate project requirements that result in new applications and enhancements to existing applications, systems, and business process design. Oversee business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution. Manage the end-to-end requirements process with tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution. Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. Oversee the success of the purchase product and engineering through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, technologies, and applications. Prepare requirements packages, prepare user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirements traceability changes, artifacts, develop reference, and resource materials. Review final technical design, solutions, and may coordinate User Acceptance Testing. Conduct product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions and ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy. Achieve product performance, revenue, market share, penetration, and profitability objectives. Work with Agile framework, Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence. Develop tool Postman and monitor logs using Splunk and EFK.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation analyzing and validating project requirements that result in new applications and enhancements to existing applications, systems, and business process design; conducting product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions and ensuring consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy; achieving product performance, revenue, market share, penetration, and profitability objectives; working with Agile framework, Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence; and developing tool Postman and monitoring logs using Splunk and EFK.
