Nelson Laboratories Holdings, LLC Order Processing Specialist II in Bozeman, Montana

Verifies, logs in, and documents all required information is provided and correct. Assembles datapacks and assigns bar code labels. Creates orders from quotes or submission forms. Ensures proper triage, splitting, handling, documentation, delivery and storage of samples. Mentors and help train new employees. May be assigned to investigate, seek resolution and communicate with sponsors for discrepancies found during the log in process.

Education and experience requirements:

Minimum of eighteen years of age in addition to a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of Nine (9) months of Order Processing or other applicable experience.

Essential Duties:
Receive and process all incoming shipments and separate out supplies from samples
Verify all information on the submission form against the samples, and properly handle, package and/or incubate various samples as needed
Split samples and paperwork appropriately for each test request
Identify discrepancies and follow correct procedure for documentation
Attach bar code labels to all applicable paperwork and samples
Complete forms and use appropriate required stamps.
Enter all orders in the current study tracking system
Coordinate order creation activities with sponsors, lab staff, sales and accounting
Initiates the invoice process which includes verification of quote or submission form price
Take and maintain control and ownership of all order processing discrepant studies

Physical requirements:
Must be able to move/traverse 70% of the day and remain in a stationary sitting/standing position at a desk while using a computer, keyboard, computer mouse and phone 30% of the day.
This position moves or lifts items greater than 45lbs on a daily basis.
Wear personal protective equipment such as lab coats, safety glasses, socks and closed toed shoes, gloves, facemasks.
Bending, stooping and crouching.
Climb up and down ladder.
Able to manipulate small hand tools occasionally.
