Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Respond to maintenance requests and manage the maintenance request log & schedule. • Perform preventive maintenance duties, including changing filters, oiling motors, replacing lamps and light fixtures, inspecting/adjusting belts, replacing motors and motor bearings, aligning shafts and maintain accurate records of work completed. • Support development & implementation of a preventive & predictive maintenance program. • Monitor and adjust climate control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers and other equipment necessary • Identify health and safety concerns and recommending corrective or preventive actions to eliminate hazards. • Support production in the set up assemble and test equipment • Assess the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment and identify repairs and required upgrades
