The Wholesale Digital Execution Leader is responsible for leading key supporting areas of our journey and product lifecycle across the product and design teams in Wholesale Digital. This leader will be responsible for the 4 following areas as defined in more detail below: voice of client, digital change management, stakeholder engagement, and team success. This leader will be responsible for a team of people that directly manage these areas and programs with and for the wholesale digital journey, product, and design teams. The leader will need to have excellent collaboration and partnership skills, working with other product and commercialization teams to build and execute on the vision for these areas. Ultimately this leader will need to be the Chief Evangelist for the client in all that we do, ensuring that what we are building and designing is solving the right client needs the right way at the right time with the right level of change management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Voice of Client – Ensure that we have the right focus and visibility into all online and offline touchpoints with our clients related to our digital experience, platform migrations, new feature enhancements, and production support issues. Manage our VOC feedback approaches, tools, and programs. Work with product and design teams to ensure that VOC is considered in all that we design and build. Partner with commercialization teams to stand up digital-focused client and line advisory boards. Build a model for clients to integrate more closely into our early discovery and prototyping phases of product development as we assess desirability and viability. Develop and manage core Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure and improve client satisfaction and delight with these touchpoints.

Digital Change Management – In partnership with our client and product commercialization teams, build out and enhance our wholesale digital model and approach for change management. Design processes and best practices and develop the right cadences to support communication and change management for feature releases and platform migration events, manage an overall client impact view/calendar across digital efforts, and develop OKRs and KPIs to measure and evaluate change impact. Most importantly, be ‘fiercely empathetic’ to client impact and ensure that we have the right level of engagement, communication, and tools to help clients manage through change.

Stakeholder Engagement – Build out model for engaging and communicating with the steering leaders for wholesale digital. Create ongoing communication model and engagement forums with key line partners in relationship management, sales, onboarding, and service.

Team Success – Help establish and promote the key aspects of our wholesale digital team culture. Help identify and lead opportunities for teammate upskilling and training, especially around ways they can build client empathy and understanding. Promote success and find forums to showcase the many iterative and transformational accomplishments of the team as we progress down our digital journey. Find ways to incentivize and recognize teammates who help move the needle on key business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program and/or Product Management for a large financial services firm

  • Experience engaging and leading strategic and execution discussions with Executive Leadership

  • Experience building and/or managing products for commercial clients

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Wholesale banking products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
