We are offering an opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst within the manufacturing industry, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role involves a broad range of financial analysis responsibilities, reporting directly to the President and assisting in developing reports related to costs, pricing, margin analysis, CapEx, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide business decision making

• Develop and maintain reports related to costs, pricing, margin analysis, and CapEx

• Use Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various financial operations

• Participate in Budget Processes and perform Ad Hoc Analysis as required

• Employ skills in Financial Analysis, Margin Analysis, and Pricing Analysis to optimize financial operations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and presentation

• Collaborate closely with the President, providing key insights and recommendations

• Continuously seek opportunities for process and performance improvements within the financial function.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and responsibility

• Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present financial data

• Understanding of data privacy standards and regulations.
