Job Overview:
The Associate Project Info Management Tech provides support to various functions for preparing Material requisitions, Purchase Requisitions and MTO using SPMAT tool. The job involves inputting data from user departments into SPMAT and generating Requisitions and MTOs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receive inputs from various disciplines in specific input format
Perform checks on the inputs for format compliance, missing data, etc.
Coordinate with input providers to get the input data comply with required format
Perform minor updates in the inputs, if same can be done independently without the help of the input provider
Upload the input data in SPMAT, troubleshoot any minor issues
Generate output of requisition or MTO and provide for review by input provider
Update comments provided by input provider and release final output for further processing
Attend trainings on SPMAT on new versions, perform tests on new versions, etc.
Provide training to new team members
Essential Qualification and Education:
B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, as a minimum
2 to 3 years work experience, experience handling data in Microsoft Excel. Shall be conversant with Excel functions like V lookup, concatenate, pivot tables, etc.
