Description

We are seeking a Video Project manager Producer to join our team in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. As a Video Project manager Producer, you will be responsible for managing video project requests, tracking and reporting on project statuses, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality video content that aligns with our brand. This role offers a long-term contract to potential hire 40 hours a week.

Must be local to Minnesota

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake of video project requests and ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor and report the day-to-day status of projects from initiation to completion.

• Track, monitor, and report on processes, productions, resourcing, and deliverables.

• Facilitate vendor scoping and contracting to ensure project requirements are met.

• Monitor and manage video pre-production planning to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate contracts and rates with various vendors and secure locations for photo shoots.

• Expand, leverage, and maintain a network of creative partners within the field of video production.

• Ensure all video content is delivered on brand, on time, and within budget.

• Solve production and project workflow challenges as they arise.

• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients/partners.

• Assist in production and on-set to ensure creative is executed within scope.

• Ensure all projects are tracking to milestones and completion dates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management and/or producer experience on an internal creative team or production company

• Understanding of video production processes

• Strong project management skill

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• ·Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds

• Ability to track budgets & timelines
