Responsibilities: Provide tier 1 & 2 support to customers in the organization Provide debugging and incident management support for system outages Support technical reviews and root cause investigations Be part of the on-call rotation and occasionally work weekends Write runbooks and self-help guides for Tier 0 support to improve self-service solving Collaborate with upstream and downstream tiered support teams to ensure smooth handoff and routing of issues Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Maintains and may lead the process for documenting design, build and standard operating procedures
