Kurtz Sanitation is looking to hire a full-time trash collector.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and dump trash and recyclable materials.
• Operate and maintain collection vehicles.
• Transport waste to designated disposal.
• Operate equipment that compresses collected trash.
• Clean trucks and compactor bodies.
• Communicate with customers politely and professionally.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work early mornings.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Valid driver?s license.
• Must be dependable and show up on time.
• Mechanical knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.

HOURS:

• This position starts at 4:30 am and will work until the shift ends, usually around 12:30 pm. 
• Full-time position
• Monday -Friday
• 40-50 hours per week

Wage will be discussed at the interview.
