We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as the Alumni and Community Engagement Coordinator.As the Alumni and Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening ties with our alumni network and expanding our outreach within the local community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance alumni engagement, organize events, and cultivate partnerships that support our mission and enrich the experiences of our alumni and Helena community members.Key Responsibilities:•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and leverage alumni expertise, resources, and opportunities for collaboration.•Coordinate alumni events, reunions, and networking initiatives both on and off-campus.•Maintain accurate alumni data and records to facilitate effective communication and engagement.•Serve as a liaison between the institution and alumni, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering a sense of belonging.•Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to identify partnership opportunities and promote mutual engagement.•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, tracking metrics and feedback to inform future strategies and improvements.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Communication, Business or related field, and 2 years’ related experience. Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of alumni engagement experience preferred.
