Skills: Must have a valid driver's license, the ability to safely climb ladders, lift up to 75 pounds and be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Experience. Must have the skills and experience to perform all phases of custom residential construction from framing to finish carpentry, read blueprints or follow plans, and provide guidance to laborers. Will be doing basic and advanced carpentry tasks; concrete, framing, roofing, interior work, building homes from the ground up. Ideal qualified applicant is self-motivated and has extreme attention to detail. You will be working alongside the owner most days but must be efficient on your own. Will include all phases of carpentry from residential remodels, new construction (framing to finish work), siding, windows, decks, and roofs.
