Nexeo Staffing Technical Support Specialist in LOGAN, Utah

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nexeo. In this role,you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and solutions to users' inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be adept at troubleshooting various connectivity problems,including Wi-Fi,Ethernet,and Docsis connections.

Responsibilities

        Identify and resolve customer problems related to connectivity,including Wi-Fi,Ethernet,and Docsis connections.

        Respond to customer inquiries via calls,chat,text,email,or other communication channels.

        Guide users through troubleshooting processes and utilize diagnostic tools and software to resolve issues.

        Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve network problems.

        Liaise with programmers to explain errors and recommend modifications in programs.

        Coordinate service with Field technicians for product repairs or replacements and connection troubleshooting.

        Document technical issues and solutions accurately and concisely.

Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

        Minimum three years of experience in customer technical support highly preferred.

        CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.

        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

        Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and weekends if required.

        Call center experience preferred.

        Willingness to learn and self-improve in the field of networking.

        Actively pursuing knowledge in networking through self-study or relevant certifications.

        Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency and suitability for the role through interview assessments.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

11:30am 8:00pm | Monday Friday
