Employer has an opening for a Receptionist that will work Monday-Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm. Will work an occasional Saturday 9 am to Noon. Experience in an office or medical facility is preferred. Must have excellent people skills. Agricultural background helpful. Occasional animal handling and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Must be able to handle emergency situations, must be able to differentiate between emergency and routine calls. Will be answering multi-line telephone. Some light bookkeeping. Will keep medical records. Must be able to file. Will schedule appointments. Must be able to work with money and make change. Will receive payments for services rendered. Computer skills beneficial. Will do data entry. Benefits negotiable. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Wage starting at $14.00 per hour.
