Minimum Qualifications Two years of college-level courses in (specific field of biological science); OR an equivalent combination of training and experience. Position Duties 70% Laboratory work Collecting and processing samples (animal tissues) DNA and RNA extractions, quantification PCR, gel electrophoresis 20% Cleaning and maintaining workspace Keep benches organized Cleaning of laboratory dishes including sterilization 10% Sampling and aiding husbandry and hatchery Help obtain samples from experiments Keep exact track of samples (location, labelling, metadata, etc.) Aiding in husbandry and hatchery operations as needed Full Consideration Date: 5/21/2024 See posting for complete list of duties and qualifications.
