Express is now hiring for an Assistant Residential Property Manager at a property management company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be full time and to be determined. An experienced and motivated candidate can expect to earn up to $50,000/yr base with great incentive pay for bringing in new management accounts. This company offers a great incentive package as well as excellent benefits.

Job Duties:

• Assist Property Manager with move-in, move-out and annual inspections
• Assist  in marketing rental listings
• Schedule showings for Property Manager  
• Assist  in coordinating and responding to work order requests.  

• Assist  in coordinating vendors for unit  turnovers  

   

Job Requirements:

• Must have current Washington State Broker's License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• 2 years  assistant property management or leasing agent experience 
• AppFolio or other property management software experience

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
