SunSolar Solutions, Arizona\'s largest best-rated solar sales and installation company, is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Solar Consultant. We have exciting opportunities for 12 positions in our sales department, catering to both part-time and full-time roles. As a Retail Solar Consultant, you will be stationed at a kiosk within a national home improvement store, engaging with customers and introducing them to our high-quality solar solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage with customers, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy solutions offered by SunSolar Solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of SunSolar Solutions\' solar products, services, and benefits to effectively convey this information to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and creating a positive experience for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the conversion of consultations into successful sales, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.
• Energetic and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people.
• Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training will be provided).

Compensation:

• Retail Solar Consultants will receive a competitive compensation package, including an hourly wage of \$15-\$24+, along with a generous bonus for each successful consultation scheduled.
