An organization in the North Shore needs to hire a Housing Occupancy Specialist.

The Housing Occupancy Specialist position is ON-SITE and has free parking.

The Housing Occupancy Specialist would be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage recertification of properties

• Must have HUD and Tax Credit experience

• Pulling reports verifying employment and income information

• Obtain necessary paperwork such as pay stubs, bank statements, rental agreements, proof of expenses, etc.

• Assist with office duties and admirative duties

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records throughout the year for recertification

• Updating and verifying the information of individuals or households participating in the HUD Program

• Reviewing and confirming the income, household composition, and other relevant details of participants

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with HUD and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) is required
