JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of a Parts Clerk is to maintain the shipping and receiving, stocking and inventory of various parts and supplies required for shop operations. A Parts Clerk is responsible for paperwork and inventory tracking, and will utilize a computer daily for tracking inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Basic computer literacy.

  2. Strong sense of customer service and be self-motivated

  3. Mechanical experience in fleet repair

  4. Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills for handling phone inquiries, composing correspondence, dealing with customers and assisting management.
