Robert Half is looking to hire a full-time Payroll Specialist. As a full-time employee, you will work on diverse and challenging engagements that will leverage your existing skills and offer opportunities to learn new ones. This engagement position is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and processing the organization's payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records.

3. Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.

4. Preparing and distributing income statements.

5. Resolving any payroll discrepancies.

6. Taking part in audits and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

7. Contribute to the development of new systems, procedures, and policies related to payroll operations.

8. Research and resolve payroll-related inquiries from the management and employees.

   Requirements

9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

10. Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role.

11. Strong numerical and analytical skills.

12. In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.

13. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.

14. Ability to handle data confidentially.

15. Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks.

16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
