*JOB SUMMARY *

Under Division Sales Director supervision, provide clerical and administrative support of Divisional Sales Management. Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of Division Sales Team, performing a variety of clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Maintain positive customer relations in response to calls.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *

  1. Answer phones, e-mail and text messages; assisting sales personnel in response to inquiries.

  2. Investigate customer inquiries and provide status updates to sales and/or directly to consumer.

  3. Use of AS400, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for access to and entry of data.

  4. Operate office machines, e.g. personal computer, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.

  5. As assigned, open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.

  6. Interpret and implement complex pricing programs into an AS400 mainframe system.

  7. Handle large volumes of time sensitive data entry projects.

  8. Copy data and compile records and reports.

  9. Tabulate and post data into computer system.

  10. Record orders for service.

  11. Maintain office files.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong computer literacy including use of Microsoft Office products. AS400 experience preferred.

  2. Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks with interruptions from phone calls.

  3. Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

  4. These worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent, courses in operating office equipment and 6 to 9 months related work experience.
