Your Career

As a Senior IT Strategy & Business Operations Manager, you will lead a progressive, outcome-oriented team with opportunities to influence high-impact projects. This pivotal role involves driving thought leadership, spearheading strategic planning, and establishing the business rhythm to ensure seamless execution of IT initiatives and priorities.

This position will report to the Director, IT Business Operations.

Your Impact

  • Lead IT leadership in driving annual and multi-year strategic planning

  • Direct the agenda for IT All Hands, QBRs, and strategic sessions, managing these sessions from start to finish

  • Develop and oversee KPIs, conducting comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational analysis to inform data-driven executive decisions

  • Take ownership of the IT budget in close collaboration with FP&A partners

  • Ensure alignment across the IT leadership team on organizational goals and drive execution of these goals

  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiencies, streamlining, and optimizing processes to scale with IT

  • Formulate strategies and execution plans to attract and retain top talent and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

  • Oversee special projects for the CIO

  • Serve as a liaison between BizOps and the IT leadership team, ensuring tight alignment between strategy and execution

Your Experience

  • Must have 12+ years of experience leading business operations & strategy function in a high tech, hyper growth environment or similar experience in Big 4 consulting is required

  • Previous experience engaging with C-level executives

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop robust relationships

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (high proficiency in PowerPoint is a must) - candidates should be willing to share samples of previously created content as part of the interview process

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and a readiness to tackle necessary tasks to accomplish goals

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented

  • Advanced degree in Business or MBA with a Consulting background is preferred or equivalent military experience required

  • Must be local to the SF Bay Area, onsite HQ 3 days a week

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $139,400/yr to $226,600/yr.
