Oracle Marketing Executive in Romania

Job Description

The role provides an excellent opportunity to make an impact in an exciting operation. You will work across a range of marketing stakeholders and will have the chance to learn and develop marketing and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a great communicator and have strong project management skills. You will work within the EMEA Applications Marketing Team, but closely liaise with the rest of the global marketing organisation and business support/operations teams to successfully deliver against responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure EMEA Apps regional activity plans are up to date, correct and consistent in format across the Wrike tool to support in producing accurate dashboard reports for management.

  • Manage regional marketing calendar and sales enablement/communication portals.

  • Monitor reporting dashboards for marketing activities and allbound pipeline status, provide reporting packs and data analysis to stakeholders.

  • Provide regional Marketing support for key tools enablement, adoption and correct usage e.g. Wrike, Folloze etc.

  • Monitor shared service support requests and assist other marketing team members with status updates as required, providing regular reports for shared service requests to team management for visibility.

  • Consolidate and maintain EMEA Apps marketing budget tracker, liaising with Marketing Shared Service teams to obtain accurate reports.

  • Champion xLOB marketing initiatives and tools enablement.

  • Be a compliance and ethics advocate and liaison for the EMEA Apps Marketing team, ensuring all activities meet Oracle’s codes of conduct and governance processes.

  • Undertake admin and additional project responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment

  • Marketing qualifications (preferable)

  • 2 years’ experience within marketing and/or operations at a B2B organisation. Software and technology experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Business-level English is a must and a second European language advantageous.

  • Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.

  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures is a plus.

Note, relocation is not offered with this role.
