Description

Successful client located in the Wilmington, Delaware area seeks a Financial Analyst – Rebates with manufacturing industry expertise. As the Financial Analyst – Rebates, you will communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, develop financial models to predict the impact of rebate programs and profitability, prepare quarterly rebate accruals, track and monitor rebates status, conduct scenarios analysis and sensitivity testing, audit rebate pricing, identify opportunities to streamline rebate processes and improve, and ensure rebate programs comply with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities

· Maintain and update internal database

· Process customer rebates

· Review and approve invoices

· Implement and develop process improvements

· Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

· Monitor and track rebates accruals

· Create pricing strategies and programs

· Ensure payments are received efficiently and timely

· Verify accounting documentation

· Assist with auditing rebate pricing and guidelines

Requirements

The ideal Financial Analyst – Rebates will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Financial Analyst – Rebates role include and are not limited to:

· 1-2 years of accounting experience

· Rebates experience preferred

· Manufacturing industry experience preferred

· JD Edwards experience a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel
